Overview

Builds your GDPR Article 30 register from the SaaS you actually use. 100% local: no page content read, no data sent.

Your GDPR register, built from reality - not from memory. Every business must keep a record of processing activities (Article 30 GDPR). In practice, nobody remembers every SaaS the team actually uses - so the register is outdated the day it is written. RoPA Pilot fixes this at the source: while you browse your own work tools, it recognizes them by domain name only (HubSpot, Slack, Stripe, Mailchimp, Notion... 120+ tools) and turns them into pre-filled processing records. HOW IT WORKS 1. Install and browse normally. RoPA Pilot maps the SaaS tools you actually use - locally. 2. Open the register: each detected tool becomes an Article 30 record in one click, pre-filled with processor, typical data categories, purpose, suggested retention and the transfer mechanism (EU hosting, EU-US DPF, SCC...). 3. Complete, export (CSV/JSON) and stay alert: non-EU transfers without safeguards, incomplete records and missing DPAs are flagged on your dashboard. PRIVACY BY DESIGN - FOR REAL No content script, ever: RoPA Pilot never reads what is inside your pages. Only the domain of the tab is compared with the built-in catalog, in memory; sites that are not known SaaS leave zero trace. Everything (register, detections, settings) lives in your browser storage. The only network call is an anonymous license check for paid subscribers. FREE - Unlimited SaaS detection + transfer alerts - Unlimited processing records, pre-filled from the catalog - Unlimited CSV / JSON exports - JSON import: restore a backup or move your register between machines (non-destructive merge) - Compliance score and actionable alerts SOLO - 19 EUR/MONTH - Audit-ready, printable PDF register (Article 30 layout) - DPA tracking with active review reminders (local notifications) and direct links to vendor DPAs - Privacy-notice generator: paste-ready processor disclosures for your privacy policy - Timestamped history + proof-of-up-to-date attestation: show, at any date, that your register is current AGENCY - 49 EUR/MONTH - Everything in Solo - Up to 10 organizations - built for agencies, freelance DPOs and consultants - White-label register with your firm's logo Vendor metadata (hosting region, transfer mechanism, DPA links) is indicative, based on public information - always verify against your own contracts. RoPA Pilot is a compliance aid, not legal advice. Languages: English, Francais.
