Roomy: Wide Mode for Gemini & ChatGPT

Widen Gemini and ChatGPT, adjust font size and reading density per site, and pause either site at any time.

Roomy (formerly Wider Gemini) gives Gemini and ChatGPT conversations the width your screen allows, and lets you tune text size and spacing for each site. Your existing Wider Gemini settings are kept. What you can do • Widen the conversation: set a fixed width in px or a share of the window in %, and save your own presets. Gemini and ChatGPT keep separate settings. • Adjust text size from 75% to 200%, tighten spacing with reading density, or set line height and paragraph spacing yourself. Headings, code and tables keep their proportions. • Task presets: switch to a long-reading, wide (tables and code) or large-text layout in one step, and restore the previous settings for that site. • Message navigation: a thin column of ticks beside the conversation jumps to your messages, with a short preview and keyboard support. • Wrap long code lines on Gemini. ChatGPT keeps its own wrap button on each code block. • Full-width user messages: your messages use the full conversation width, like the replies. • Pause either site with its Enable switch; your settings are kept. • Interface in English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Spanish. ChatGPT access Gemini works as soon as Roomy is installed. ChatGPT access is optional: after a new install, the extension's popup opens once to ask, and you can also allow it later from the ChatGPT tab in the popup. Chrome shows its own confirmation before anything changes on chatgpt.com. Privacy Roomy only changes the layout of gemini.google.com and chatgpt.com pages. It does not collect, store or send your conversations, and it has no analytics or tracking. Settings are saved in Chrome's extension storage.
