If there’s a conflict or a policy violation, you’ll receive a clear notification—and the extension can automatically remove the conflicting event to avoid scheduling errors. How It Works: 1. Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store. 2. Open Google Calendar and sign in to your Google account as usual. 3. Create or update an event, adding a room resource. 4. If the resource is already booked or violates a custom policy, a pop-up modal will alert you. The event may be automatically removed to keep your calendar conflict-free. Privacy & Permissions: • The extension requires permission to read and modify events in your Google Calendar in order to detect and resolve conflicts. • Tokens are stored locally, and only minimal event details are sent to our backend to confirm availability.
