What you need A free Rook account at rookff.com. Paste your Rook token into the extension once, and you're connected. Privacy The extension only runs on Yahoo, ESPN, and Sleeper fantasy pages. It contains no analytics, no trackers, and no advertising, and your data is never sold or shared with any third party. To sync ESPN leagues it reads your ESPN session cookie, which is stored encrypted and can be deleted at any time from Account → Connected platforms → Disconnect.
