Roll20 Interface extension

Expanded list management (items, attacks, spells, and more), as well as additional character interface improvements in Roll20.

Complements the character interface in Roll20 with dividers and lists that allow you to collapse items. It also changes the background color of the character window to neutral gray. To create a separator in the list of equipment items or in the list of attacks, use an empty name or a name starting with a space.
