On any job posting: is it still live on the employer's own site, and does that employer have real H-1B filing history (USCIS data)?
Job boards keep showing roles after the employer has taken them down. So before you spend an hour on an application, check the listing against the source. Open any job posting (LinkedIn, Indeed, or a company careers page) and click the icon: - IS IT STILL LIVE: when RoleSweep tracks the employer's careers page, see whether that exact listing is still there, or when it came down. Honest by design: - "Gone" means the listing was no longer on the employer's careers page when we last checked, with that time shown. It is never a claim about why, and never a claim about the employer's intent. - "Not tracked" means we cannot say anything about that listing either way. Absence from our index is not evidence about the job. - Filing history is employer-level. It never claims a specific job is sponsorship-eligible, and "no filings found" means no record matched the name, not that the employer never sponsors.
