Instead of simply saving job descriptions, RoleScan analyzes each posting and identifies the skills and technologies mentioned. As you save more jobs, the Learning Topics view shows which skills appear most often, helping you see where the market is pointing and what you may want to learn next. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open a job posting. 2. Click the RoleScan extension. 3. RoleScan extracts useful information such as: • Skills and technologies • Experience requirements • Responsibilities • Job title and company • Location and work mode 4. Save the job to your RoleScan dashboard. 5. View Learning Topics to see which skills recur across the jobs you saved. LEARNING TOPICS This is the core of RoleScan. RoleScan combines the skills found across your saved jobs and highlights the topics that appear most frequently. For example, if multiple jobs mention: • Python • RAG • LangChain • AWS • Docker RoleScan makes those patterns visible so you can decide what to prioritize in your learning roadmap.
