Capture the job posting on the current page and send it to your Rolecraft CRM for review.

Rolecraft Capture lets you save job postings from supported websites directly into your Rolecraft CRM for review — without manually copying and pasting job details. WHAT IT DOES: • Capture the job posting currently open in your browser. • Extract relevant job information such as job title, company, location, and description. • Send the captured information to your Rolecraft workspace, where you can review and organize it before taking any further action. • Rolecraft Capture does not submit applications, send messages, contact employers, or perform actions on your behalf. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in to your Rolecraft account and connect the extension from the Rolecraft Extension page. 2. Open a supported job posting in your browser. 3. Click the Rolecraft extension icon, or use the configured keyboard shortcut. 4. Choose Capture Job. 5. Review the captured information inside Rolecraft before adding it to your workflow. USER-CONTROLLED CAPTURE Rolecraft Capture operates only when you explicitly choose to capture the page you are currently viewing. The extension does not automatically browse websites, collect pages in the background, or continuously monitor your browsing activity. PRIVACY BY DESIGN • Access is limited to the page you choose to capture. • Only information required to create the job record is processed. • Rolecraft does not send applications or messages without your action. • Authentication credentials are stored locally on your device and are not synced through browser synchronization. • Extension sessions can be revoked from your Rolecraft account. • Rolecraft does not sell captured job data or browsing activity. SUPPORTED CONTENT Rolecraft Capture is designed for publicly accessible or user-accessible job posting pages where capturing information for personal CRM use is permitted. Availability may vary by website, and Rolecraft may disable capture functionality for websites that restrict this type of integration.
