RoleClick helps turn a job posting into a ready-to-submit application. Open the side panel on a job you like and RoleClick captures the posting, pulls out what the role asks for, tailors your resume and cover letter to it, and helps fill the employer's application form without you retyping the same details into another twenty-field form. WHAT IT DOES • Capture a job. Press Get Insights on a job posting and RoleClick reads that page once. Title, company, location, salary, work arrangement, employment type, experience level, required skills and good-to-have skills are extracted into a structured report you can review and edit. • Tailored resumes. Generate a new resume written for a specific job, using a resume you already have and a template you choose. Your original is never overwritten. You get a separate, fully editable document that you can view or download as a PDF. • Cover letters. Draft a cover letter for the captured job, edit it, copy it into an application portal, or download it as a PDF. • Form Filler, beta. Build one reusable profile from your resume, most recent cover letter and account details, then fill an employer's application form from the side panel. AI answering is optional and off by default. When enabled, it can draft answers for selected fields, including open-ended questions your saved profile cannot cover. Ambiguous questions are shown to you for confirmation rather than guessed, file uploads always need you, and every fill can be undone. AI answers are drafts, so review every field before submitting. • Application tracking. Keep status, private notes, star ratings and bookmarks for jobs you have saved. Your jobs are available in both the extension and the RoleClick web app. • Pick your AI mode. Choose Fast for quicker responses or Thinker for more deliberate responses at twice the credits. HOW YOUR DATA IS HANDLED • RoleClick declares no content scripts. Nothing runs on the pages you browse simply because the extension is installed. • Page code is injected only when you start an action from the side panel. Get Insights reads the job posting you asked RoleClick to analyse. Fill Form reads the form fields in that tab so they can be matched with your saved answers. • With AI answering off, form filling uses your saved profile locally. No form content is sent for AI processing. • With AI answering on, only the wording and context of fields you opted in is sent: the question, its section heading, control type, available choices and your saved answer. The page, its address and its HTML are not sent for AI answering. • No browsing history is logged. No analytics scripts. No passive page monitoring. • Your data is never sold or shared for advertising. WHY IT ASKS FOR ACCESS TO ALL SITES Applications live on any domain, so a fixed site list would fail on most of them. RoleClick declares no content scripts: nothing runs on the pages you browse, and a page is read or filled only when you press a button in the side panel.
