What it does Save emails as project notes With one click, save any email — or an entire reply thread — to a RoboHead project as a structured note. The extension detects reply chains and gives you the option to save each message individually as nested thread notes, append to an existing RoboHead thread that matches the email subject, or save only the current message. No more switching tabs or copy-pasting. Create project requests from emails Select "As Request" to let AI extract the key details from the email — project type, deliverables, due date, and custom fields — and pre-populate a new RoboHead request form. Review and edit each field inline before submitting. The AI also asks targeted follow-up questions to fill in anything that wasn't clear from the email.
