This is the best customer research tool I've found! Previously I was using Icebergs (shut down) and Keeeb. This was way better.

does this work on any website or only on some websites will it work on any private forums something like that?

Does exactly what it says! The Chrome extension has been a great addition to our workflow as a team using Roadmap. You can highlight feedback from literally anywhere using Chrome, and the link back to it is captured for future reference. You can also add a follower right from the extension. I don’t think I’ll be adding feedback any other way now. :)
