Overview

Check off Ritlum habits from your toolbar, or log them automatically when you click a button you pick on sites you allow.

Ritlum is a habit tracker. This extension lets you check off your Ritlum habits without leaving the browser. LOG HABITS FROM THE TOOLBAR Open the extension to see today's habits and how far along each one is. Check off a habit, add one to a count, undo a mistake, and add a short note about how it went. LET A CLICK LOG IT FOR YOU Some habits already happen in the browser: finishing an article, submitting a practice problem, completing a lesson, closing out a workout log. Pick the button that marks the moment on a site, and the extension logs the habit the next time you click it. 1. Choose a habit and click "Pick what completes it". 2. Click the button on the page, for example "Submit" or "Mark as finished". The page won't react while you pick. 3. Optionally, require a confirmation message, such as "Accepted" or "Lesson complete", to show up after the click, so failed attempts don't count. 4. Choose which pages of the site it applies to, then save. A small card confirms each logged habit, shows your progress for the day, and lets you add a note. You can test an automation before relying on it (nothing gets logged during a test), pause it, or remove it at any time. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - The extension only runs on sites where you create an automation, and Chrome asks for your permission for each site. - It only looks for the button and message you picked. Apart from the label of that button and message, which are saved with your automation, nothing from the page and none of your browsing history leaves your browser. - No ads, no analytics, no tracking. LINK WITH THE RITLUM APP You need the Ritlum app for iPhone and a Ritlum account. Open the extension, then scan the QR code from Ritlum → Settings → Browser extension, or type in the short code. Habits you log in the browser show up in the app right away, and you can unlink the browser at any time from either side.
