Rising Tide

Lets the Rising Tide portal act in your own Property Meld session: assign, book, cancel, and read staff and on-call lists.

For property manager staff who use the Rising Tide portal. The portal asks; the extension acts in your own signed-in session of the work order system the portal connects to. It can assign a vendor or a staff member to a work order, book a visit for the assigned vendor, cancel a work order with the reason recorded, and read your company's in-house staff and its on-call list. It runs only on the portal and the systems it connects to, and only when the portal asks. It holds no credentials of its own and stores nothing. Each request is one of a fixed list; the extension cannot be asked to do anything else. You need a Rising Tide portal account and an account in the system the portal connects to.
