I've looked for something like this for years and finally found this!

I cannot change the color or any other settings in the options, as there's some problem with the Options window, it keeps shaking o_O

It was okay there is better ones but I really didn't like that every time you went on a new tab or website you had to turn it on again and again.

This is one of the only ripple extensions that actually work on the Chrome Store (sometimes), however, every time you enter a new tab or a new website, the effect turns off & you have to manually turn it back on again via icon at the top. Along with that, your settings reset back to default, making it a tedious task to set your preferred settings.
