Turn Ringy call recordings into short, useful notes—right from Chrome. Ringy AI Summaries helps agents spend less time writing up calls. Open the extension, run your recent recordings, and save concise third-person notes directly to Ringy. • Run now: catch up on the last seven days of calls. • Test 1 call: find a qualifying recording and preview its summary without posting. • Transcribe last 24 hours: process recent calls when you need notes right away. • Weekday schedule: run at the time you choose while Chrome stays open. • Clear allowance: see your remaining minutes and calls in the popup. • Optional Google Sheets copy and CSV export of recent results. Only calls longer than 60 seconds are processed. Already completed calls are skipped. A test keeps looking through its date range until it finds a usable qualifying call or runs out of calls. Notes are designed to be short, normally two paragraphs, with agent/client roles identified from the conversation. Review AI notes for accuracy. Works in desktop Google Chrome on Mac and Windows. No Python or desktop helper is required. Sign in using an emailed code, connect your Ringy API key once, and stay signed in to Ringy in the same Chrome profile. No separate OpenAI or Anthropic account is required. An existing Ringy account with recording and API access is needed. Paid service: Everyday is $19 USD/month for 600 minutes and up to 200 calls. Busy days is $39 USD/month for 1,800 minutes and up to 600 calls. Prices include applicable tax. Processing pauses when either allowance runs out. No automatic overage charges. With your authorization, recordings are transcribed by OpenAI and transcripts are summarized by Anthropic through our hosted service. The extension uses your Ringy browser session locally to save notes; it does not upload browser cookies to our service. Optional owner-only controls show last-seen AI provider credit balances after the owner grants access to those billing pages. We do not sell user data or use it for advertising.
