RingCentral CRM Extension

we need dark mode

Been a ringcentral since inception, our property management company could not live without it, thank you Ringcentral for another great app.

Enough of a reason on its own to keep RingCentral and insightly indefinitely, rather than switch for cheaper solutions or those sold as being tailored for our industry (recruitment).

Great Extension! Da Kong has been great in getting me answers and helping me get this set up. He even did a youtube video so I can use this in my onboarding! Super helpful and tool for Clio! Thanks!

False promises. Ring Central does not access Clio Contacts. I can't log time and there is no caller ID. Very frustrating

I'm trying to use this for Clio. The CRM browser extension is not accessing Clio Contacts and doesn't enter in the phone logs once I hang up. I had to argue with Ring Central about the issue because they tried to tell me it was an issue with Clio, but the thing is, Ring OWNS the browser extension and Clio has no idea how it works LOL.

Downloaded the new Ring Central extension on 9/15/23. Let Ring Central know that calls are not auto logging to contact activity history in Insightly (like it used to with the old extension.) It's been a week & we've received no solution. Seems there is no contact integration between Insightly & the new Ring Central extension. All calls I make say contact cannot be found & I need to add contact to the CRM website. Sometimes I get an error message that says http line is too large, or someth... Show more

This extension works great. It is now better than the previous one. I like that it opens the contact that is calling in Pipedrive in a new web page. This way I can see all the contact info of my missed calls while I'm away from my desk.

They fixed it! I love this app. We're going to tested for reliability for a couple of weeks and then if it passes, were going to roll it out to the entire firm. Thank you Da!
