Overview

AI email reply assistant for Gmail.

Answer email in seconds, not minutes. Rilo reads the thread you're stuck on, asks you a couple of quick questions, and writes back in your own voice, right inside Gmail. No new app. No copying your email into some chatbot and pasting the answer back. Rilo shows up in your Gmail compose window and turns "I'll deal with that later" into a draft that's already written. It handles every kind of email you actually send: Replies. Rilo reads the open thread and works out what it is, a meeting request, a question, a complaint, an invitation, then gives you options for how to answer. New emails. Tell it the gist in a line, and it writes the whole thing. Follow ups. Chasing an email nobody answered? Rilo can tell that's what's happening and writes a nudge instead of a reply. Forwards. Rilo drafts the note to whoever you're passing it to, with the whole thread in mind. Here's the part that makes it feel less like a form and more like a conversation: Rilo's questions adapt based on your answers. If you're writing a reply that needs a polite decline, it'll ask different questions than it would for a quick thank you or an enthusiastic yes. Every choice shapes what comes next, so Rilo isn't walking you through a fixed checklist, it's narrowing in on the right response for that specific email. By the final question, it understands the situation, your intent, and the tone you want. Then pick how it should sound: Professional, Friendly, Direct, Warm, or Apologetic. The draft drops straight into your compose window to read, tweak, and send. Nothing goes out on its own, ever. And Rilo never touches your actual account. It can't open your inbox or read your other mail. It sees the one thread on your screen, only when you click, and nothing else. Your email is never stored and never used to train AI. Install Rilo and clear your inbox before your coffee goes cold.
