RightInbox: Email Reminders, Tracking, Notes

I’ve been a client of theirs for many years, and for the most part, the service worked fine. However, there was one instance when it suddenly stopped working. This worked for like a month and then when I go to send e-mails they go into drafts even when I hot send now. The tracking does not show up all the time. It is time to remove from CPU.

Cannot get tracking of emails to work. Instructions - where are they? The video trying to explain is very poor. I have given up and removed!

I really appreciate this tool. While I'm aware it has many features that I do not need, I very much appreciate being able to see that my emails have been read. It is intuitive and user-friendly, which is always a bonus!
