Right Zoom

Ctrl/Alt/0/-/+ + wheel is left untouched (Browser's own zoom). After a zoom/reset gesture, the context menu on release is suppressed so it doesn't interrupt normal operation; a plain right-click still shows the menu. Add-on Preferences lets you set the first two zoom presets of the wheel-button cycle (between 25% and 500%, defaults: 150% and 125%). The third step of the cycle is always 100%.
