Rewrix puts an AI writing assistant in every text box. Select text on any page and a small toolbar appears: - **Fix grammar** — spelling, punctuation, and grammar, nothing else changed. - **Change the tone** — formal, friendly, confident, persuasive, diplomatic, academic, or plain English. - **Change the length** — make it shorter or simpler. - **Custom instruction** — type what you want ("make this less corporate", "turn these notes into a paragraph"). - **3 options** — Pro rewrites come back as three alternatives to pick from. - **Refine** — nudge any result shorter, simpler, warmer, or firmer in one click. Pro also adds: - **Reply** — draft a response to the selected message or thread. - **Summarise** — condense a long selection to its key points. Results replace your text in place (in editable fields) or are one click to copy. A keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+K) and a right-click menu open the toolbar too.
