ReviewLoom — export Amazon product reviews to CSV or JSON WHAT IT IS ReviewLoom is a Chrome extension with one job: it takes the reviews you can already see on an Amazon product page and saves them as a spreadsheet (CSV) or a data file (JSON) on your own computer. Amazon displays reviews page by page and offers no download button; ReviewLoom adds exactly that missing step. WHY PEOPLE INSTALL IT • Stop copying and pasting. A product with 2,000 reviews takes hours to transcribe by hand and about a minute with ReviewLoom. • Filter while exporting. Keep only 1–2 star reviews, only the last 90 days, only verified purchases, or only reviews with photos — the filters run during the export, so you never download data you will not use. • One file, ready to analyse. The CSV opens directly in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers with columns for rating, date, title, body, variant, verified purchase and helpful votes. • Works across marketplaces. 21 Amazon sites are supported across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. • Your reviews never leave your browser. Parsing happens locally in the page you are already looking at. Review text is never uploaded to us and never stored on our servers. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open any Amazon product page or its "see all reviews" page. 2. Click the ReviewLoom icon and choose a star rating, a date range, a minimum review length, and optionally "verified purchases only" or "with photos/videos only". 3. Press Export. ReviewLoom reads the reviews on that page, follows the pagination it needs, and writes a CSV or JSON file to your Downloads folder. WHO IT IS FOR Sellers and brand owners reviewing complaints, market researchers comparing competing products, and shoppers who want a personal copy of reviews before a listing changes. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO • It does not scrape any page you have not opened yourself. • It does not post, edit, buy, review or interact with Amazon in any way. • It does not generate text, images or any other media with AI. • It does not sell or share review data — there is no server that receives it. FREE AND PRO The free tier covers occasional use: 10 reviews per day without an account, 120 per day with a free Google sign-in. A Pro plan removes the daily cap and keeps the count consistent across devices through your Google account. Signing in is optional and only used to attach a plan to an account — the export itself works without an account.
