Open a supported product or review page, choose Scout, inspect the visible sample, and keep the original evidence on your device. - Save products, review excerpts, ratings, dates, verified status, variants and source links locally. - Group similar products and compare recurring issue mentions with explicit sample sizes. - Choose criteria and weights for review-based fit. Evidence confidence stays separate, and products without enough observed data remain unranked. - Open the original review behind a finding and keep your own judgments and research notes as a separate layer. - Mark a purchase baseline and, when you revisit the same product/variant, inspect newly observed evidence without a quality verdict. - Export CSV/Markdown observations and full local JSON backups. Review Scout reads the review sample visible on the page you choose. When you run Scout, it also requests up to five additional low-rating review pages from the same Amazon marketplace using your browser's existing Amazon session. This is part of the analysis you explicitly start. Requests are sequential, spaced at least two seconds apart, and capped at 50 total reviews including the current page. Collection stops on duplicate pages, sign-in requirements or access blocks. Review Scout does not poll in the background, bypass access controls, or automatically retry blocked pages. It does not run a background crawler, upload review content to a Review Scout server, or require a remote LLM. Amazon layouts and access conditions can change.
