Hi Andy, Can you give some more details on your experience? What platform and country did you have this experience (windows, mac etc)? This will help me fix the issue if any.

reviews never finish loading

I am sorry to hear your experience. There are many reasons this could happen (e.g. an intermittent error on the server or connectivity.) I will attempt to fix this in the next version. For now, I recommend refreshing the page and letting it load again. Update Jan-5-2024: The issue is now fixed. Please update your Chrome browser. Do let me know if you still face issues.

Great addon.. Helped me to decide good badminton racket for kids !! Very quick summary based on user reviews once you load the product page with pros and cons with statistics. Saves lot of manual reading through reviews !!!

Thank you for your review and sharing the a use case where the Review Hero extension was useful.

This feels like the perfect addition to my Amazon shopping experience. Getting a quick summary of the pros and cons list from other user reviews, helps me make quicker decision and cuts a lot of time from having to manually sift through reviews. It also quickly flags issues that might be missing from the general product descriptions. I would highly recommend giving this extension a try.
