Surface plays, recommendations, and contextual help on HubSpot records based on property rules

RevGuide surfaces relevant information directly on CRM record pages. Set up rules that trigger banners, plays, media embeds, and tooltip definitions based on the properties of any contact, company, deal, or ticket. --Banner rules-- Create banners that appear when records meet specific conditions. Choose from info, success, warning, or error styles. Messages support rich text formatting including bold, italic, lists, and links. Combine multiple conditions with AND/OR logic, or display banners on all records of a given object type. --Plays-- Build battle cards for competitors, objection handlers, process guides, and tips. Plays open in Chrome's side panel and persist as you navigate between records. Add expandable sections with formatted content and link to external documentation in Google Docs, Notion, or other tools. --Wiki glossary-- Import fields from HubSpot and add definitions that appear as tooltips when hovering over property labels. Organize entries by object type and property group. Define what each pipeline stage or lifecycle status means so your team sees explanations in context. --Media embeds-- Embed Google Slides, YouTube, Loom, Vimeo, or PowerPoint presentations directly in the record sidebar. Embeds collapse by default and include a link to the original file. --Condition builder-- Target content using any HubSpot property. Operators include equals, contains, starts with, ends with, greater than, less than, is empty, and is not empty. Searchable dropdowns load property options from the HubSpot API. --Admin panel-- Manage all content from a full-page admin interface. The homepage tracks onboarding progress and shows quick stats. Import and export configurations to back up your setup or share with teammates.
