Overview
Without data sharing to 3rd party, reveal if you are reading a page with a top (over 400 points) Hacker News discussion.
The extension regularly pull an index of top Hacker News articles (those over 400 points) and then check if the page or domain you are reading is associated with any of those article. This guaranteed no data sharing with 3rd party, and your web browsing behavior would not be seen by any 3rd party. As a bonus, this extension also creates a context menu to allow you to quickly perform search of top articles of the domain you are visiting with search providers like HN Algolia and HN Trending.
