What it does Add deals from any page or email thread, pre-filled from the content you are viewing and written into the fund you selected. Add contacts and investors from Gmail, Outlook and LinkedIn profiles without retyping names, firms or email addresses. Attach documents. Email attachments and document links from Drive, Docs and Dropbox go straight onto the matching deal or investor record. Quiet inbox markers in Gmail and Outlook show which threads already match a deal in your pipeline, so nothing is captured twice. A side panel brief shows what your team already knows about the company or person on screen, including recent activity and the owning fund. Works alongside HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Affinity, Crunchbase and PitchBook pages, offering the actions that make sense for that surface. Who it is for Fund managers, family office teams, venture and private capital investors, and anyone running deal CRM and investment research out of an inbox. You need a Reuben AI account to use the extension. Sign in inside the popup and choose the fund you are working in.
