Stops the scroll, not the search. Return adds a short, reversible pause before websites you choose, helping you notice habitual opening and decide whether to go back or continue. HOW IT WORKS Choose a website and set the days and times when you want a pause. When a rule is active, opening that website brings up three deliberate taps with a two-second minimum. You can go back at any time or continue temporarily. When the allowed time ends, Return restores the pause. YOUR RULES, YOUR CHOICE • Choose websites individually and set one or more scheduled time windows. • Set a default temporary visit length of 1, 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes, with optional per-rule overrides. • Review local pause and choice records by week, month or year. • Clear your review records whenever you want. LOCAL BY DESIGN No account, ads, analytics, backend or remote code. Your rules and domain-level records stay in your current Chrome profile. Return does not store page content, URL paths, search terms or form contents, and does not measure your foreground browsing time. Website access is requested only when you save a rule for that website. Chrome most-visited suggestions and saved website icons are separate optional features. Return is a reversible attention companion. You remain in control of every rule and permission.
