Replaces Twitter's GIF search with Tenor's

This extension replaces Twitter's/X's GIF search with results from Tenor. Twitter/X has recently switched from using Tenor as their main provider of gifs and this extension will allow them to be used for the foreseeable future. This extension is open source on Github: https://github.com/Lunascaped/reTenor
