Retain Power BI / Fabric Language

Adds or updates the app.powerbi.com "Language" parameter while preserving all other search parameters.

Short description: The "Retain Power BI / Fabric Language" extension ensures that all pages on "app.powerbi.com" include your desired "?language=" parameter. It automatically adds or updates this parameter while preserving all other existing query parameters. The extension natively supports English (US), English (UK), German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Swedish, and Japanese. You can also set your own custom language code. -------------------- How to use the extension: 1. Install the extension and open the popup. 2. Select a preferred language (e.g., en-us, de-de). 2.1 If your desired language code is not present in the list, choose "Custom...". 2.2 Enter your desired language code in the "Custom code" field. 3. Click "Save". 4. Navigate to any https://app.powerbi.com page. 5. The extension will detect navigation and update the URL to include the selected "?language=" value. 6. If the parameter already exists, it will be updated. If it is missing, it will be added. 7. All other query parameters remain unchanged. -------------------- What the extension does NOT do: - It does not read or modify page content. - It does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. - It does not communicate with external servers. - It does not use remote code. - It only modifies the URL on Power BI / Fabric pages. -------------------- Hidden or conditional features: There are no hidden, locked, or conditional features. The only functionality is automatic URL parameter adjustment based on the user’s selected language. Dependencies: The extension has no external dependencies. It does not require any additional software, accounts, or services beyond access to "*://*.powerbi.com/*". Data and code behavior: - No remote code is used. - No data is collected, transmitted, or stored except the user’s selected language (stored locally on the user's device). - The extension does not read or modify page content. - It only updates the URL on Power BI / Fabric pages.
