Build a clear resume in your browser, without creating an account or uploading your personal information. Resume Studio is a free, local-first resume builder with four original templates: Classic, Sidebar, Minimal and Campus. Edit your experience, preview your layout and save a PDF when you are ready to apply. All four templates are free to edit and export, with no watermark, subscription or export limit. WRITE AND ORGANIZE - Add your profile, work experience, education, projects, certifications, awards and skills. - Start with a blank resume, or choose a clearly fictional writing example and replace it with your own details. - Duplicate entries, reorder or hide sections, undo and redo edits, and use keyboard shortcuts. - Adjust accent colors and text density. Compact layout changes spacing without deleting content; always check the final page breaks. EXPORT AND BACK UP - Use Chrome's print dialog to save an A4 PDF. Choose Save as PDF, A4, no margins, no headers or footers, and enable background graphics. - Copy plain text for a job application or download Markdown for editing elsewhere. - Save a complete JSON backup and restore it on another device. - Hidden sections are excluded from PDF, plain text and Markdown, but retained in JSON backups. ENGLISH AND CHINESE English browsers open in English. Chinese remains available from the language switch. Resume heading language can be set independently. Changing either setting does not translate or rewrite your content. No AI service is included. YOUR RESUME STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE Your resume and preferences are stored in Chrome's local extension storage, not uploaded to the publisher or third parties. This version has no login, payment system, advertising or usage analytics. It does not read webpages or browsing history. The only required permission is storage, for local saving. Export a JSON backup before uninstalling: uninstalling can erase your local resume. Undo history is kept only in the current page and is cleared on reload. Review every PDF before applying; no template guarantees hiring outcomes or compatibility with every recruiting system.
