Resume Auto-Fill: Application Filler

Captures job postings and fills repeated application questions from your saved applicant profile.

Resume Auto-Fill helps you tailor resumes and complete repetitive job application fields using one Profile that you review and save. ONE PROFILE, TWO TOOLS Before using autofill: 1. Install and open the extension. 2. Review the data disclosure and click “I agree.” 3. Sign in to Resume Auto-Fill. 4. Select the correct resume and complete your Profile. 5. Click “Save Profile” to sync your confirmed information with the extension. TOOL 1: TAILOR A RESUME OR COVER LETTER When viewing a supported job posting, select “Use this job” in either of these places: • The Resume Auto-Fill extension in the Chrome toolbar
 • The floating assistant displayed on the job page The extension captures the visible job title, company, location, and job description, then opens the information in Resume Studio. In Resume Studio, you can: • Review and correct the extracted job information
 • Choose your resume section order
 • Select a visual format and layout
 • Review or update Profile information
 • Generate a tailored resume, cover letter, or both
• Preview the generated documents before downloading them TOOL 2: FILL APPLICATION PAGES On a supported application page, open the extension or floating assistant and select “Fill this page.” The extension uses the most recently saved Profile to fill supported fields such as: • Name and contact information
 • Address and location
 • Education and employment history
 • Skills and links
 • Work authorization
 • Optional demographic and EEO answers The extension fills fields it can confidently recognize and leaves uncertain or unsupported questions visible for your review. IMPORTANT: REVIEW BEFORE SUBMITTING Resume Auto-Fill does not submit applications for you. You remain in control of every application. Review all filled information, generated documents, custom questions, consent choices, and uploaded files before submitting anything to an employer. PRIVACY AND CONTROL • Profile autofill remains disabled until you accept the in-extension data disclosure.
 • Your saved Profile is synced to the extension only after you click “Save Profile.”
 • Resume Auto-Fill does not collect job-site usernames, passwords, credentials, or cookies.
 • The extension does not automatically apply to jobs or submit application forms.
 • Applicant Profile data and application answers are not sold.
 • Optional demographic and EEO information is filled only when you have saved those answers in your Profile. SUPPORTED PAGES Website structures vary, so some fields may require manual review or completion. Resume Auto-Fill is designed to assist with supported job postings and application forms while keeping you in control of the final result. Save your Profile once, tailor documents for each opportunity, fill repetitive fields faster, and review everything before you submit.
