Restores 'Do Not Recommend this channel' button for YouTube Shorts by adding a block icon above the like button.
Restore the ability to not recommend certain youtube shorts channels. I wrote this to help avoid all the AI slop channels popping up all over the place. The button adds a simple 1 click block / skip to next video option.
