Improves Suspend feature, letting you swiftly save RAM/CPU and then just as easily return to your tabs where you left off.
Resource Saver dramatically improves the suspend tab feature by enabling the web browser to save data on tabs right before they're suspended which it can then immediately load again when you unsuspend or open that specific tab, letting you return to wherever you left off without needing to have that tab open in the background wasting RAM and CPU. Resource Saver additionally comes with tools that monitor and decide the importance of tabs as well as buttons to suspend or unsuspend the fraction of your tabs decided to be least important, letting you spend 1 second instead of 5 minutes freeing up your resources when you want to turn your attention to some other program or game. Resource Saver also grants these additional features: Allows you to save suspended sessions and then restore them later. Allows you to set a limit to how long inactive tabs should be suspended after. Allows you to whitelist certain websites The plugin will never suspend pinned tabs, tabs playing audio, tabs currently active, chrome setting/config tabs, tabs with a "data might be lost" warning. Important: It is impossible to "integrate" the plugin into existing chrome tab suspension systems, meaning that any suspension which chrome does automatically won't have the [S] marker added to it, nor have any data on it saved, it's hence recommended that you either disable automatic tab suspension or that you simply use the plugin enough so that it never automatically suspends any tabs itself. Resource Saver processes tab information locally on your device to enable tracking tabs importance and restoring tabs. This data is stored only in your browser and is never sent to any server or shared with anyone.
