Overview

Save jobs in one click, autofill applications, tailor your resume to the role, and learn from every rejection.

Resimay turns your browser into a job-application command center. Save any job posting to your tracker in one click, autofill applications using your saved profile, generate AI answers for the long open-ended questions, and learn from every rejection so the next application is sharper. Most people lose track of the jobs they applied to within a week. Spreadsheets go stale. Tabs get closed. You stop knowing what you sent where. Resimay fixes that by making the save itself zero effort: click the floating button on the job page (or the toolbar icon) and the title, company, and description are in your tracker before you switch tabs. What Resimay does once a job is saved: • Autofills the application. Click Autofill on most popular applicant tracking systems and the form fills in seconds. Name, email, phone, address, work eligibility, salary expectations, all from the profile you saved once in your Resimay account. • Answers the long questions for you. When an application asks "Why do you want this role?" or "Tell us about a time you solved a hard problem", Resimay drafts an answer tailored to the job description. You review, edit if needed, and submit. • Picks the right dropdown answer. When a form asks for "Years of experience" or "Authorization status" as a dropdown, Resimay matches the right option from your saved profile, no guessing. • Auto-marks the status. When you click Apply on a job you saved, Resimay flips it from Saved to Applied in your tracker automatically. No more "did I actually apply to that one?". • Drafts follow-ups. After a week of silence, Resimay drafts a polite check-in email you can copy into Gmail. After a rejection, it drafts a "thanks for the consideration, please keep me in mind" reply that keeps the door open. • Tailors your resume to the role. The tailored version mirrors the exact language in the posting (not synonyms) so it clears ATS keyword filters. • Shows the keyword breakdown. You see which skills from the posting are matched, which are missing, and how to fix the gap. • Learns from rejections. When you mark a job as denied, Resimay analyzes the likely gap so the next application doesn't repeat it. • Builds your personal hit rate. Over time the dashboard shows which roles you are converting to interviews and where you are getting stuck. Why the extension: • The floating Save button sits on top of every supported job page. You never have to pin the toolbar icon, copy a URL, or paste a description. • The button is draggable. Park it anywhere on the screen that does not cover the site UI you need. • Extension-saved jobs parse lazily. The AI only runs when you open the job in your dashboard, not on every save, so we never burn cycles on jobs you never revisit. • Autofill on arbitrary career sites is opt-in. If the form is on a custom company domain rather than a recognized ATS, Resimay asks you to approve that site before touching anything. Approve or skip, your call. Privacy: • No trackers. No analytics pixels. No third-party network calls while the extension is installed. The popup loads only local fonts. • Every request from the extension goes to api.resimay.ai. • If you uninstall, Chrome opens an optional feedback form so you can tell us why. Closing the tab without filling it gives us nothing. Uninstalling works either way. • Tokens are stored in chrome.storage.local, scoped to your browser profile. Sign out wipes them. • The in-page Save button runs inside a closed shadow DOM so the host site cannot read into it. • AI generation runs on our backend, not in your browser. The extension never ships an AI vendor API key, and your form answers are not sold or shared. Where it works: Save and track works on the major public job boards across 20+ countries. Autofill works on the widely-used enterprise applicant tracking systems used by Fortune 500 employers, plus any company career site you choose to approve on a per-domain basis. Resimay is free to try. A paid tier unlocks unlimited resume tailors, the better AI model, and the full keyword breakdown.
