Research Talent Dashboard
Overview
Summarize public research signals for AI research candidates from one clean dashboard.
Research Talent Dashboard helps recruiters and talent teams quickly review public research signals for AI/ML research candidates. You can search by candidate name to see likely author matches, representative papers, inferred expertise areas, public research links, and quick follow-up actions such as LinkedIn people search and Google Scholar search. You can also search by research area, such as “LLM,” “AI safety,” “mechanistic interpretability,” or “natural language processing,” to discover researchers connected to that topic. Area Search aggregates public OpenAlex works, surfaces recurring authors, shows affiliations where available, and supports optional location or institution filters. The extension is designed as a lightweight sourcing and calibration helper. It does not scrape private pages, submit forms, automate outreach, or store candidate data on a server. Searches are user-triggered and use public research metadata sources. Built by Alex Shabanov.
