Overview

Mock APIs from DevTools requests. Modify requests and responses, redirect URLs, and debug locally without an account.

Backend not ready yet? Need to reproduce an empty state, a 500 error, or a slow response? Reqix helps frontend developers and QA teams mock APIs and modify HTTP requests and responses directly in the browser, without changing application code or configuring a system proxy. Start with a real request Open the Reqix panel in DevTools, then reload your page or trigger an API call. Inspect captured Fetch/XHR requests and responses, and select one or several requests to create rules. Generated rules start disabled: review and save the configuration, enable the rule, then trigger the request again to check the result. Test your UI with controlled responses • Customize response bodies, status codes, and headers to test success, empty data, and 4xx/5xx errors. • Add response delays to check loading states and slow APIs, or cancel matching requests. • Generate dynamic responses with JavaScript using request data. Modify requests and switch API targets • Add, change, or remove request headers; edit query parameters and JSON request bodies. • Redirect API URLs or replace the URLs of scripts, stylesheets, and images. • Match by URL, HTTP method, and page scope, with exact, contains, wildcard, and regular-expression matching. Keep debugging configurations organized • Group rules by project or environment. Control their scope with extension, site, group, and rule switches. • Inspect rule hits and processed data, and open the matching rule directly from a request. • Import and export rules and groups to back up configurations or share test scenarios. • Run your own JavaScript or CSS on matching pages. Import .user.js files and Tampermonkey backups. Local storage. No account required. Reqix has no accounts, cloud sync, or telemetry. Rules, page scripts, and request debugging data stay in your browser. Scripts you write or import may make network requests according to their code. Scope Built for modern Chrome. Request content capture and mocking focus on Fetch/XHR; redirects also support resources such as scripts, stylesheets, and images. Page scripts require the browser's “Allow user scripts” permission.
