ReplyPlate — warm replies for your reviews
Overview
Draft replies to your Google reviews in one click. You edit and post. 5 free a month. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Somebody left your café a review at 11 p.m. and you'd like to answer it before the lunch rush, in your own voice, without it sounding like a form letter. ReplyPlate puts a "Plate reply" button next to the reviews in your Google Business Profile that you haven't answered yet. Click it, and in a few seconds you get a draft you can read, change and use. That's it. You press Post yourself. HOW IT WORKS • Open your reviews. Click "Plate reply" next to a review. • ReplyPlate reads that one review (the text, the stars and the reviewer's first name), sends it to our server, and shows you a draft. • Read it. Edit it. Hit Copy, or "Insert into reply box" and then press Google's own Post button. • Don't like it? Regenerate, or switch the tone: warm, professional or playful. YOUR HOUSE VOICE Tell it how your place talks, once: "We say you and thanks for coming in, never valued guest. Mention the matcha if they did." Every draft follows it. ENGLISH AND 日本語 The interface and the drafts work in English and Japanese. Reviews written in Japanese get Japanese drafts. WHAT IT NEVER DOES • It never posts anything for you, never clicks Google's buttons, never submits a form. • It reads a review only after you click "Plate reply". No background crawling. • No analytics, no ads, no tracking scripts, no remote code. • Nothing is sent anywhere until you've read the plain-language disclosure on first run and said yes. You can take that back any time in Options, and then nothing is ever sent. WHAT LEAVES YOUR BROWSER When you click "Plate reply": the review text, the star rating, the reviewer's first name (if the page shows one), and your business name and house voice (if you set them) go to the ReplyPlate server, which passes them to our AI provider to write the draft. ReplyPlate does not keep review text, drafts, names or house voice in a database or in its own logs. We keep a random install ID, a monthly usage count, a salted hash of your IP address for abuse limits, a license key if you add one, and a problem report only if you press Send. Full details: https://replyplate.vercel.app/privacy PRICING, PLAINLY Free: 5 replies a month. Pro ($29 a month, up to 600 replies a month) and Founder ($99 once, for the first 25 owners) are on a waitlist while we finish checkout. If you've been given a license key, paste it in Options. IF SOMETHING LOOKS WRONG Google can change its pages. If the button doesn't show up or picks the wrong review, "Report a problem" shows you exactly what would be sent (page structure only, never review text or names) and waits for you to press Send. You can always paste a review into the box and still get a draft to copy. ReplyPlate is an independent tool. It is not made by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Google.
