Open any Gmail message, click "Generate Reply" in the ReplyPilot floating card, and the AI reads the conversation context to produce three reply options (Positive Support / Neutral / Decline) for you to preview, choose, and insert or copy with one click. Key Features: - Three-Option Smart Generation: While viewing a customer email in Gmail, ReplyPilot automatically analyzes the context and generates three draft replies with different stances (positive support, neutral, decline). Preview each option and pick the best fit. - Multiple Tone Styles: Choose from Professional, Friendly, Concise, and Luxury Brand tones — suited for pre-sale inquiries, post-purchase reassurance, refund negotiations, negative review responses, and more. - Flexible Reply Strategies: Set to auto-detect, or manually specify strategy direction: Positive, Neutral, Decline, Apologize, or Escalate. - Chinese-Optimized: Replies are naturally phrased for Chinese e-commerce contexts (no machine-translation feel). Supports auto-detecting the customer's language (Chinese/English) or locking to a specific output language. - Store Context Injection: Fill in your store name, main category, shipping info, return policy, and shipping regions in Settings. The AI automatically incorporates these details into generated replies so they match your actual business. - Multiple AI Providers: Supports SiliconFlow, OpenAI, and any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Configure your own Base URL, API Key, and model. - Privacy & Security: Email content is used solely for generating replies, sent via your own API key to your configured AI provider. Your API key is stored locally in chrome.storage.local — never uploaded to third-party servers or used for model training. - Floating Card UI: Interacts directly within the Gmail page via a draggable floating card. Generate, regenerate, insert into the reply box, copy to clipboard, and clear — all without leaving your inbox. - Bilingual Interface: Supports Simplified Chinese and English UI, switchable at runtime. After installation, open any Gmail email and click the ReplyPilot icon to get started. First-time users need to configure an AI provider and API Key in the Settings page.
