Allows you to watch SFCON and Group6 recordings on the DefconExpanded Replay Viewer

This extension adds a button to the game cards on SFCON and Group6 that loads the .dcrec file through the DefconExpanded API. This allows people to watch replays outside of the DefconExpanded ecosystem, bringing new light to old recordings!
