Why the extension is not working?

This extension is not working from 2 days

I have just purchased it, it is not working perfectly, please refund me or I have tried to contact you but no response yet or no contact details, only chat feature, on their website.

Absolutely furious with the lack of LinkedIn functionality! As a paid user, I feel utterly betrayed. The extension is not working at all. Fix it immediately or issue a refund—I'm reserving 2 stars till you do!

I also cannot use it and I'm a paying customer 🥹, I'm really disappointed. I've tried to reach out to their support (here https://app.replai.so/dashboard) but I got no reply. I can't find a way to login, some of the buttons/links gives me "page not found" (atm of writing this, even this is not working https://replai.so/pricing/).

Broken for me, doesn't reply and can't upgrade
