It's what I was looking for, ONE click and re-open without the lists and also option to have inside CONTEXT menu! Thanks for the developer!

best thing is, restarting my laptop and later when opened chrome and pressed this reopen extension button, it surprisingly reopened whole window with all recent the tabs. loved it.
