Adds a button to create a rent change in the Qasa CRM.
Rentmus Qasa Helper streamlines rent change workflows directly in Qasa CRM. It injects a "Rent Change" button next to the existing actions on each contract card and automatically extracts the key details you need to generate a rent change letter. What it does: - Extracts contract data from the Qasa admin UI: Scrive ID, landlord and tenant names, cosigners, address, current rent, and tenant base fee. - Opens a clean modal where you enter the new rent, application date, optional end date, and notes. - Sends the data to your configured backend to generate PDF and DOCX documents, then provides download links. - One-click continue in Scrive using the detected transaction ID (opens Scrive in a new tab to finalize). Why it’s useful: - Save time and reduce manual copy-paste. - Consistent documents generated from the same source of truth. - Works within your existing Qasa admin workflow.
