Rentmark is property management software for landlords with 1 to 10 units. This extension puts the numbers you check most often in a side panel that stays open while you work in another tab — your bank, your email, a contractor's quote. WHAT THE PANEL SHOWS • Rent collected this month, and how much of the expected total that is • Properties and tenants in your portfolio • Overdue rent, in dollars and in number of payments • Open maintenance tickets • What just moved: rent received, a tenant reporting a payment, a new maintenance ticket, a lease coming to an end It refreshes on its own while it is open, and refreshes immediately when you come back to the window. READ ONLY, ON PURPOSE The panel cannot change anything in your account. It calls a single read-only endpoint and nothing else. WHAT IT NEVER DOES • It never reads the pages you visit — it asks for no permission on any site other than rentmark.io • It runs no script on any page you open • It sends nothing to anyone but rentmark.io • It stores nothing on your computer beyond the connection itself CONNECTING You connect the panel once from your Rentmark account. You can disconnect at any time from the panel itself, and the connection expires on its own after 90 days.
