Stop losing rental links in group chats or copying property details into a spreadsheet by hand. RentHuddle is a privacy-friendly Chrome extension for apartment and flat hunting. It turns property listings from Rightmove, Zoopla and Zillow into a shared Google Sheets shortlist that you can compare with your housemates, partner or family. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open a supported property listing. 2. Open RentHuddle and select Capture Property. 3. Review or correct the listing details. 4. Save the property to your RentHuddle Google Sheet. COMPARE THE DETAILS THAT MATTER RentHuddle can save: • Address and listing link • Monthly rent or property price • Bedrooms and bathrooms • Property size and type • Listing images • Shortlist status • Ratings and notes Your group can use the resulting sheet to compare properties, record opinions and keep track of which listings you want to view, reject or discuss. YOUR SHORTLIST, IN YOUR GOOGLE ACCOUNT Create a formatted RentHuddle Sheet or select a compatible Google Sheet that you already use. Your property data is saved directly to the sheet you choose. PRIVACY BY DESIGN • RentHuddle reads a listing only when you choose Capture Property. • You can review and edit the extracted information before saving it. • There is no RentHuddle developer backend. • There are no advertisements or behavioural analytics. • Google access is used only to create, validate and update the sheets you select.
