Overview
Calculates gross rental yield. Uses listing price when viewing a Zoopla, Rightmove or OnTheMarket property.
This adds a small but useful extension to your Chrome toolbar for calculating the potential gross rental yield on a property. Enter the property purchase price and expected monthly rental income and gross rental yield will be calculated for you. When viewing a Zoopla, Rightmove or OnTheMarket property listing, the property price is automatically populated from the listing being viewed.
