You absolutely need to use rent 311 before signing any NYC leases. It is so easy to use and gives you peace of mind about the landlords, people, neighborhood and area associated with your building of interest. Easy 5/5 stars!

Super helpful. Searching Streeteasy can get overwhelming but having a quick and easy way of seeing real(and sometimes serious) issues with certain buildings helps give you a full picture of what you're renting
