Setup takes about five minutes and the extension walks you through it, one step at a time 1. Paste your subscription key (or click Activate on the page that follows checkout — nothing to copy). 2. Read your treatment sites straight from your REMS account — one click, no typing. 3. Pin the icon, then open a completed treatment note and point to each value once. REMS Wizard remembers where each value lives in your note template. Ready-made mappings exist for common EMRs. From then on - Open any completed note, click the REMS Wizard icon, press Fill REMS: it reads the values, opens the REMS portal, finds the patient, fills the Patient Monitoring Form and checks that every required field is complete. - You review and press Submit in the REMS portal. REMS Wizard never submits a form for you. - Patient enrollments work the same way from an intake or evaluation note.
