Breaks Image Search

It's working for me on web results, but on image search results every link redirects to "www.google.ca/[search string]"

Does not unencode encoded characters

Few forum and sub-site links work this way:
When I hover cursor over link, it correctly shows me http://somesite.com/index.php?forum=bugs in status line
But if I click that link or try copy link/paste in new tab, it does not decode %3F as '?' and I get http://somesite.com/index.php%3Fforum=bugs
