Remove Crunchyroll simulcast calendar dubs

Whoever at crunchyroll thought it was of importance for viewers to see like 90% (Tamil dub) on the *release* calendar was an idiot. Thank you so much for making this extension, it's nigh unusable without it.

dude it was always a pain looking through all the dubs and junk filling my screen this has made finding what i want to watch wayyy easier and les frustrating, developer fr hit the juju on the beat

To the person that developed that thing: I LOVE YOU ~~Would it be to hard to have an extension that swapped english titles for the japanese ones too?~~
