Make any site work the way you want. Tell Remixlet what to change, and watch it bend the site to your will. Remixlet is an open-source AI agent in your browser's side panel. Ask it for the feature you think a site has always needed, or to strip out the parts you never asked for. It studies the page, writes a small userscript we call a remixlet, and applies it on the spot. Things people ask of various sites: • "Change the default sort option to average customer reviews" • "Add a 'copy to clipboard' button next to their email address" • "Check the price on this page every day and notify me when it drops" • "Make a dark-mode switcher and theme for this site" • "Re-sort a table using column x" • "Reduce a cluttered dashboard to the three numbers I care about" • "Add a new filter that lets me narrow down the list by duration" • Add a "copy as markdown" button to a docs page • ... The only limit is your imagination - Remixlet will tell you when it can't do what you asked, so there is no harm trying. It also stores a version at every change, so you can always experiment and roll-back if it didn't work out. The user scripts (code) it generates is completely yours: readable, stored in your browser with full version history, one click to switch off or roll back. BRING YOUR OWN AI At the moment, Remixlet has no server and no account. You connect the AI you already pay for: a ChatGPT subscription, an API key from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or xAI, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, including a local model. You need one of these to use it. AI is only used in the initial build of the user script, only the user script itself is then ran on subsequent page loads. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS When you chat, Remixlet sends your message and content from the page you're working on, text, structure, and sometimes a screenshot, to the AI provider you chose, under your own key or account. Nothing is sent anywhere else without asking. API keys, chats, and remixlets live in your browser. POWERS YOU APPROVE A remixlet starts with no powers beyond the page it runs on. Extra storage, network, or clipboard access is a named permission you approve per remixlet, in plain words.
